Rain, rain, rain. The forecast was right. Unfortunately. But nonetheless we went to Miyajima. Arrived in at the port we decided to purchase two umbrellas (which was really necessary, despite the fact that we had some rainjackets. Raining cats and dogs would not be the right expression. Shrines and temples would fit better.

The island is really picturesque. Because of the oceans of water falling down from the sky, we visited the temple and the torii very quick and spent most of the time in the aquarium. This one is really great and the people there putting a lot of effort in making a great day for you and your child.
So we have seen the feeding of dolphins, piranhas, otters and a show with seals.

After 3 hours watching fish and sea animals, we were really tired and went back to the hotel were we arrived late afternoon. Currently we are packing the bags for tomorrows journey to Tsuwano.
